Placing an Order

 
Choose the products you wish to purchase by browsing the website using the product categories or search facilities.  
 
You can easily edit or delete items from your shopping basket by going to the 'Your Basket' page (by clicking the basket symbol at any time).  
 
 
In some circumstances we will be able to offer a p/p discount, You would need to enquire about this via email before purchasing your goods as the discount is done via a coupon code that you would need to key in during the checkout process (before payment).This code will be sent once the p/p discount we offer has been accepted by you the customer.  
 
All weights shown reflect the item weight and not the packaged weight  
 

Delivery Time

 
Goods sent via Royal Mail should normally  
arrive within 1-5 days after dispatch.  
This time frame covers 1st-2nd class &  
standard parcels.we will whenever possible use  
1st class postage, however we do reserve the  
right to use 2nd class or standard parcels  
if postage costs against postage charged merits these methods.  
(the method of posting is stated on most items and refers to 1 of the item)  
Should you order several items and the weight is  
too high for us to use royal mail we will dispatch your order  
using courier delivery.(please read advice on courier delivery  
before purchasing)  
 
If in the very rare instance your parcel does not arrive  
please contact your local sorting  
office/post office, prior to emailing us as  
the most common reason for non receipt is  
they were unable to deliver it. Please bear  
in mind that the postman will not always leave  
a card to tell you they have been.  
Royal Mail DO NOT consider an item lost  
until 15 working days have elapsed from date  
of dispatch. Replacements-Refunds cannot be considered  
until after this time & we will require an email from you  
stating clearly what the item was, that you have not  
received the package, that you have checked at your  
local sorting office/post office, please include  
Name & Number of the Post office/sorting office and lastly your  
full name, address and contact number, this email will be  
forwarded to royal mail when we make our claim and  
you will be required to co-operate fully with royal mail  
should they require any further information off you.  
 
****COURIER DELIVERY ONLY: We deliver to addresses in Mainland UK only;we DO NOT deliver Overseas, or to N.Ireland,The Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man,All Scottish Isles, Channel Islands or The Scilly Isles. Dispatch will be within 5 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated by you or us.You will be notified via email on day of dispatch advising of delivery date, Usually the next working day. Please ensure that you are in to take the delivery, our courier may charge for a 2nd delivery and will charge if the item is returned to us due to non-delivery, these charges will have to be passed onto you. A contact number is required for use by us or the courier should any problems occur, a signature is also required upon receipt of your Package.  
 

Completing Your Transaction

 
Once you are happy with your selection - proceed to the checkout where you will be required to complete a form with your name, address, delivery and payment details (on a secure online form). Upon completion you will receive an email confirmation of your order.  
 

Ensuring Smooth Delivery

 
Courier deliveries require a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. Royal mail deliveries do not need a signature however if you cannot be in and wish the package to be left somewhere safe please tell us at the time of ordering.  
 
Note: When placing an order we request that you supply us with a daytime telephone number so that you can be contacted quickly in case of a query with your order.  
If you have given an email address during the registration/payment process we may use this to let you know that your item has been dispatched, however if you prefer for us not to contact you this way please let us know either via your order, via the website or by calling us direct on the number below.

Your Contract with Us

 
When you place an order online with this site you are making an offer to buy goods. We will then send you an email acknowledging that we have received your order.  
 
When a delivery is delayed due to stock availability or unforeseen factors (including pricing errors), we will advise you of delay/pricing error etc as soon as possible after receiving your order. The time scale for this will vary due to the office being closed at weekends and Bank Holidays. We will provide an estimate of the likely dispatch date/ higher price etc and allow you to cancel your order if this is unacceptable. If goods are no longer available we will advise you of this by email and issue a full refund, and there will be no contract between us. All items on offer are subject to availability.  
 

Cancellation & Returns

 
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery if this is applicable to your order. To do so, please email us or write to us giving a brief outline of the reasons for which you are rejecting the goods. To cancel the goods you must return them to us at your own expense ensuring they are packaged in their original packaging, are adequately packed to prevent damage in transit and arrive back to us as being fit for re-sale.  
 
If you fail to return the goods we will collect them and deduct the cost of collection from your refund. Also, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and damage or deterioration occurs we will charge you for their reduction in value. Refunds on cancelled orders after delivery are for the cost of the item only and will not include a p/p refund,  
 
This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights.  
 

Faulty Goods

 
If the goods are in any way defective please contact us immediately. We will deal with this in accordance with your legal rights.
